Global leader in large-scale global events seeks talented Logistics Manager to join their talented team of event professionals.
We are looking for a Logistics Manager with 3 years plus in large-scale exhibitions and conferences.
We are looking for a hungry, creative and detail-oriented logistics manager to run logistics for a truly huge industry-leading exhibition.
We are looking for someone with experience running large scale conferences and exhibitions (you must have some conference experience), to deliver all aspects of the event.
You will be hungry and eager to learn and grow. You will be creative and full of ideas to wow our client’s customers, but also to overcome challenges and solve issues. You will be detail-oriented and leave no stone unturned. You’ll join an ambitious team of ‘doers’ based in London with support from a team in New York.
End-to-end Event Operations Delivery:
·Delivery of all aspects of the event including logistics and operations, health and safety, exhibit build and conference logistics
·Single point of information for the team on operational delivery – our first port of call for all logistics/operations queries
·Tendering for suppliers
·Creation, management and update of event logistics plans
·2023 venue negotiations (with Event Director) and beyond
·Budget Management & Optimisation:
·Adhere to budget, provide updates where needed.
·Raising and management of POs
·Regular updating and reporting as required
·Constantly seeking to use budget effectively and creatively to maximum impact
·One reporting line – a sponsor logistics executive who will manage operational delivery for all sponsors at the event. Potentially more over time
Minimum 3 years’ experience running large scale conferences (minimum 1,000 people and 150+ speakers)
Experience running exhibition logistics
