They are now looking to bring in a Senior Paid Media Manager due to consistent growth.
Reporting into the Media and Creative Director as a Biddable Media Manager you will be responsible for maintaining excellence in delivering the desired performance for Digital Advertising on behalf of our client’s customers. As well as being directly responsible for the day-to-day management and optimization of the campaigns.
You will also responsible for managing and training one or more Biddable Media Executives.
As a Paid / Biddable Media Manager you will be responsible for leading on the planning and delivery of your campaigns within your portfolio, supported by your team. You will require strong communication, task management and delegation skills, to direct your team and ensure the best performance is being delivered for their clients.
You will need to forecast and craft media plans that are designed to yield exceptional results for your clients whilst successfully growing their revenue. These may involve higher fees in order to secure more resources towards their existing campaign, cross-selling into other services, or the adoption of new service. These media plans will be composed of the best interests of your client’s front-of-mind and will be communicated by you and your team to your clients.
As a line manager, you will work with your team to develop them professionally and support them in achieving their career ambitions through coaching, training and providing opportunities for growth. A key part of this role will involve working with senior management to scale the London arm of the business.
Key Requirements needed – Biddable Media Manager
3 years’+ experience in biddable media ideally within a media agency.
Strong commercial experience in optimisation, analysis and reporting (must have key experience in the platforms on a daily basis).
Proven experience running campaigns across Google and Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager, with continuous high performance
Ideally experience managing junior paid media executives (Running classes or providing one to one support).
Degree-level education (ideally in a marketing / IT/ finance or economics discipline)
Excellent analytical mindset and experience
Good Knowledge of Facebook advertising and SEM campaigns
Good Understanding about tracking systems (Facebook pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google tracking)
