After several years of working in the media recruitment industry, Adam decided to utilise his experience and enviable client and candidate network to set up Lipton Media.

Adam’s Background

Story

Having spent years in both media sales and media recruitment I realised fairly quickly that I really enjoyed speaking with people and building strong relationships.  I’m lucky in that I meet fantastic people on a regular basis, whether it’s meeting a candidate in order to understand their job search needs or a client briefing me on an exciting new role, it never gets boring.

Heading up Lipton Media has proven to be enormous fun and a fantastic challenge. I genuinely love my job and would like to hope both clients and candidates have received an excellent level of support and service over the years.

Outside of work, Adam loves spending time with his family and friends, a regular gym enthusiast and passionate Arsenal fan.  He’s also a doting dad to his Labrador Raffy.

His vision for Lipton Media is similar to the one he held many years ago when starting out his career in media recruitment, ‘work hard, enjoy the ride and see where it takes me’.
